Gary Coyle


is the founder and CEO of Community Infopoint. He has been involved in the Post Office sector over the last 25 years both as operator and entrepreneur launching two start ups with a strong emphasis on bringing about innovation and much need change. He is seen as a thought leader in the sector and has advised a number of Global Post Office networks. He also founded and set up the first Global Post Office Retail Benchmarking group.


He is passionate in bringing about change in the local community, using technology as an enabler to make it easier for local communities to trade, shop and share. He is a strong supporter of the Sharing economy and believes the Post Office network in collaboration with local councils and other local stakeholders should be at the forefront in developing localised digital platforms that exploit the opportunity to utilise available assets in every community.

Eleni Georgianna Michopoulou


joined Community Infopoint in June 2012 as a Market Research Intern however, her passion for work resulted in her involvement on all the operations of CIP in a very short period of time. As an Operations Manager now, Eleni has overlooked the development of CIP’s website, the recruitment of our fantastic communications interns and the setup of our kiosks in the Idea Stores. She is a 2012 graduate from the University of Westminster, where she studied Business – Financial Management. On a personal note, Eleni has a keen interest on volunteering and her latest achievement was being one of 8,000 London Ambassadors for the London Olympic Games of 2012.
